In order to protect the integrity of the goods, we will properly package the goods you ordered. After receiving the goods, please record the unpacking inspection to confirm that the goods packaging is complete and intact.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, online shoppers are entitled to a 7-day trial period. Please return or exchange products within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning products, and our customer service staff will assist you with the return process. Returned products must be in new condition and intact packaging; otherwise, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Products that are damaged, worn, scratched, or soiled due to improper use or disassembly, or if the packaging is damaged or incomplete, or if the invoice or accessories are missing, or if there are any personal reasons, will not be returned.
You can return the product unconditionally as long as you meet one of the following conditions:
1. The goods actually received do not match the goods ordered
2. The product packaging is incomplete or the product specifications do not match the outer packaging instructions.
3. The product is defective or damaged during delivery
Please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product to return the product and provide your name, order number, contact number, name of the product being returned or exchanged, reason for return or exchange and photos. Customer service will assist you with the return or exchange after receiving the information.
-Refunds
If a return is established, we will refund your purchase price interest-free via bank transfer within 7 business days of receiving the returned merchandise. The refund must be made to an account registered in the orderer's name. For ATM transfer or cash on delivery, please provide your recipient's account name, bank name (XX Bank, XX Branch), and bank account number. We will process the refund to your designated account upon receipt of your complete refund information.
If you paid by credit card, we must wait until the credit card company has credited your account at the end of the month before we can refund you the money. The refund will be directly credited to your credit card account.
